Notes: These are kinda neat. I haven’t seen this species up there before, but I also found one really old one near by, so I am pretty sure about the species of these buttons. But also I had never seen buttons of this species before, and there are some neat features. The “egg” doesn’t seem to have any complete universal veil, that is only seen as the crumblies on the forming caps. The left over “egg” tissue will eventually become scally rings on the mature stipe. In the second photo, the forming partial veil tissue is bright yellow, which also points to the species.
