yes, you are right; this seems to be one of those “hieroglyphics” but you would have to microscope it; however, it would be interesting if you kept some of it and could send some to me maybe…with just the naked eye I would say it looks a bit like Dendrothele or Aleurodiscus but I am not familiar which genera are around there … with the micro I could solve the mystery most probably.
