Second time I’ve found this strange terrestrial, pinkish polypore. See Observation 3104 for detailed notes.

In this case it was growing in a planted bed that contains an olive tree and some day lilies.

I don’t have a good date on this collection, but I made an observation since I have a voucher. I have a photo from a fruiting in 2005.
