It’s really hard to tell for sure from this image. If it is pink to purple colored, then I agree with CureCat. If it’s white, then P. impudicus would be a better name.

P. impudicus has a white volva, while P. hadriani has a pink to lilac or purple volva. That is the most obvious macroscopic feature for separating the two.

Summary: Looks like another Phallus
This looks like another Phallus, like the other one you saw here. The green slime on top and go completely away with the flies, and then dry up. Morchella (usually) doesn’t form such a long straight round stipe, that this one has. And at the base it looks like the left over tissue from the “egg” that the Phallus grew from, which Morchella will never have.
