Summary: Possibly Amanita cokeri
It looks like it could be Amanita cokeri. The annulus apparently is still covering the gills but everything else does seem similar.

Summary: Added images to show stalk and base characteristics
Nathan, I have added images no. 7698 and 7699 that should give a good picture of the base. Thanks

Summary: Might be an Amanita sp.
But I’d have to see a clear picture of the base of the stalk to be sure. The cap ornamentation and white free gills are consistent with Amanita.
