Summary: certainly not amianthinum, at any rate!
Not familiar with cinnabarinum, but amianthinum has prominant raised striations on the cap, as well as a different color. This does lend credence to my theory that it is a particularly good year for Cystoderma of all stripes (so to speak) however. Nice mushroom, regardless of its sp. name.

Summary: Cystoderma cinnabarinum
The reddish cap and white stipe looks like Cystoderma cinnabarinum. Some references call Cystoderma with inamyloid spores Cystodermella, making this Cystodermella cinnabarina!
