Notes: Found in small groups and alone in mature mixed coniferous second growth forest of Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Western Hemlock.

Cap is about 5cm, moist, semi translucent and nearly perfectly flat on top with small twists on the edges. Doesn’t seem to be exactly round either. Color is very light buff with a little darker in the center of the cap and whitish on the edges.
Gills are same color with white highlights.
Stem is shortish and like colored. Very common right now and fairly sturdy.


How about Clitocybe fragrans or Clitocybe foveolata? I’m just going on looks now. The fungi have long disappeared so I can’t smell them or take spore prints.
