Notes: Found on a lawn near downtown Palo Alto. Identified by sight, smell and obviously the staining reaction. The characteristic bright yellow, followed by brown staining reaction was set up by scratch a few of the fruiting bodies, leaving for a while and then coming back and scratching them again to get the bright yellow.
