Summary: Probably Cookeina sp.

Cookeina is a genus of tropical cup fungi that often have bright colors stipes and hairs along the edges of the cup. I don’t have a good reference on all the species, but Taylor Lockwood’s recent book “Chasing the Rain” has some nice examples from all over the world including the Amazon. There are also lots of good pictures on the web you can find through Google.
