Species Lists:
Mushrooms of Key Largo (39)

Notes: small mushroom scattered in hammock leaf litter
ST: 40×2-3mm, fragile, shiny smooth, white, translucent, enlarged at base
CAP: 15-30mm wide, convex to plane to uplifted, smooth, slimy when young, tacky-sticky in age, not striate, v subtle umbo that is sometimes faintly brown (esp. as it dries)
VEIL: partial, leaves collar near top of stem, white
GILL: white, close, free, clean, 2mm wide
SPORE: print white

This is the most common of the several small parasol species that appeared after the heavy Christmas rains.
