Herbarium specimen available

Notes: i have collected this fungi under populus trees and near a populus trunk. 10 cm stipe thall and near 3 cm caps diameter.

Summary: Agrocybe aegerita

Looks like it might be Agrocybe aegerita. A spore print would to narrow it down. Here is a page to compare with http://mushroomobserver.org/4280
