No herbarium specimen

Notes: i have collected this fungi near salix trunk and near water. it have up to 1cm cap diameter and near 3cm stipe thall.

Summary: Coprinellus

This looks like it is Coprinellus (=Pseudocoprinus) disseminatus! It is very thin, gorws in big clusters and has blackish gills and sopres that don’t particularly deliquesce… hope that helps
