Summary: No, it is what it is, see 7217

Not a Mycena or Conocybe. See obs. 7217 for more details. But the cap surface is a cutis, so not a Conocybe, and the spores are lightly warted, and light tan in KOH, so not a Mycena (also inamyloid).

It is what it is, G. heterocystis.
