Notes: Uniformly light yellow cap 4.5”d with one substantial patch of whits veil tissue. Stem very stout, 1 5/16” d, 4.75” h, whitish with large thick vulva, but no bulb,with skirtlike annulus under cap. Gills whitish, nearly free. Associated with a large Douglas fir. Small mosquito like flies buzzing around the underside.
