Summary: Could be P. membranacea

Those fuzzy rhizines poking out look just like the ones in Bob’s observation from Idaho he posted yesterday. But P. praetextata can look like this, too. Without a good view of the veins I’m not sure it’s possible to distinguish them confidently.
