Notes: At first, I wasn’t going to include any Cantharellus cibarius observations but then I noticed a lack of MO entries of the typical US eastern or southeastern varieties.
They are usually much smaller than the typical western species and may eventually prove to be the only true Cantharellus cibarius in the US….or not.
