No herbarium specimen
Notes: Mushroom 1/2" – 3/4" tall, lemon yellow cap 1/2" with distant whitish gills, slightly umbilicate in the center, very thin (you can see the gills through the top). Stipe white, hollow, smooth. The mushroom bruises BLUE when handled or crushed. One I saved turned blue-green in the refrigerator. No idea what this one is, but the bruising is interesting.

Summary: Spores?
Looks like Entoloma incanum is a possibility. It’s very variable in colours, from yellow to different shades of green. Have you checked any spore print? It should be pink then.
