Summary: Cute frills, aren’t they?

Probably Laccaria laccata under current known species. But appears to be trying to become something else, possibly on it’s way towards an underground habitat. I have found several individual specimens in my area as well which have this rather unique complexly frilled edge to it, but also the wavy gills toward the stipe.
