I see from a lot of other stuff you’ve been posting that you saved stuff for further study, were these one of those? Without putting these under the scope, I’m not certain you can say if they are even Galerina here, although it would be nice to know. Under the scope I could tell pretty quickly the genus.

These are kinda weird actually. They are too thin and slight to be in section Naucoriopsis (the section with the famous G. marginata and G. autumnalis), but this the section which has the Galerinas that grows directly off of wood. I see I little bit of moss there, but not that much, if there are not Naucoriopsis, then they should be on moss, or some amount of moss should be near by.

So, makes me think they could be interesting, or they might not be Galerina. But you’ve got to start with spore ornamentation, cheilocystidia shape and presence of pleurocystidia, to get anywhere. If you don’t have those, you can’t really know anything. They all look like little brown jobs…
