By the way, it really was very green. (It was a very wet day.) I do try to get my lichen colors close to true (quite a difficult problem). In this case I had to decrease color saturation.

What an interesting lichen! First time I saw your photo I immediately went through all my photos of Baeomyces rufus to see if I’d accidentally caught one myself. No dice. :)
