Notes: This is a photo of a commercial collection of Tricholoma magniverlare, aka matsutake at a local mushroom wholesaler. These are number 5’s, I think: quite old, gills discoloring, and still quite edible. I selected 4 or 5 to eat from this bunch, and enjoyed each of them.
