Comment: I think we should limit the ID to genus, since New Zealand may only have a few specific species. It could very well be C. pseudogranulosa, and I do remember the photo from Taylor’s slide show which you are referring and it looked quite similar. Though it would be good to know which species grow in NZ. I’ll link Else here, maybe she can bring a verdict.
