Notes: Baltimore Canyon Open Space Preserve is reached from Magnolia Ave. in Larkspur, then Madrone Ave. to the trailhead of the preserve. It’s part of the Marin County Open Space District. It’s public. The canyon trail goes past Dawn Falls, and up Mount Tamalpais, Parking is limited near the trailhead, so one usually parks on Madrone Ave. a ways before the trailhead.
