Notes:

I’m including everything on Bodie Island up to but not including Kill Devil Hills. Not really a “natural” definition, but it’s the approx. range of land I see when I’m in the area. In particular it should include the wonderful Nature Conservancy land called Nags Head Woods (at the northwestern end).
