I live in Mariposa and have a photo of the mushroom. I have found over 23 different types of mushrooms as well.

Redundant locations

There were five locations which were either named “Yosemite National Park” (plus or minus Mariposa or Tuolumne Co.), or which despite their names were nevertheless defined to encompass the entire park. I have merged all observations and locations for these locations into this location. This will not have affected any gps data attached directly to the observations. The only observations which will have been adversely affected will have been those which were specifically collected in the area around Yosemite Valley Village, but which were placed in a location whose bounds encompassed the entire park. Now these observations are no longer specically located in the valley. My reasoning is that this was the safe route to take: it might loose specificity in some observations, but will not overspecify the location incorrectly for any observations. Let me know if I should create a location for Yosemite Valley and help bulk-move a bunch of your observations into it.
