Notes:

Extracted max elevation from USGS DEM dataset (~1km resolution). It marked a spot near Salmon Mountain (2120m) as the highest spot. As Salmon Mountain is clearly on the border between Siskiyou and Humboldt Co., I’ve chosen this as my next best estimate. See this topozone map for reference.
