Brief Description:

Cap 5-10 cm wide, dark brown or with grayish purple colors, viscid but not extremely slimy, not zoned, edges curved when young and flattening in age but not funnel shaped,
Gills whitish-cream or with some other colors, close at margin, starting at margin about 50% reach stalk,
Spore print white or almost white,
Stalk 4-5.5 cm long, x 2 cm thick, Cream yellowish-brown, sometimes hollow, and slightly pitted, not slimy or viscid,
Flesh whitish, slowly and slightly darkening brownish then when starting to dry it may become blue greenish or turquoise after awhile,
Latex white not staining, hot or sharp tasting,
