Notes and Comments:

Species defined by being small, brown on cap, striate, stipes that darken from the base, with a whitish fibrous zone in the middle, and a non-viscid cap, with margins the incurve towards the stipe when young, and a light brown spore print. Also the pleurocystidia can be rather long, over 70 um in mature guys, and the spores are roughened with a plage in most, with a raised rough edge.
