Typification: CHINA, JIANGXI PROVINCE: Fenyi County, Dagang Mountain, on dead Rhododendron sp., 18 Sep 2008, Dai 10461 (holotype BJFC 004710).
Etymology: Sinica (Latin), referring to the occurrence of this species in China.
