Notes: Cape 3.5 inches across, deeply cracked, flesh-colored with some white veination, flesh and cap concolorous; stipe narrow at base, flaring slightly just before attachment to cap; stipe central, 2.3 inches long, with small reddish fibrils or scales, scattered, bruising brownish at extreme base.
