About Agaricus bitorquis (Quél.) Sacc.
Public Description (default) [Edit]
When: 2009-07-08
Collection location: Chester Ave., Toronto, Ontario, Canada [Click for map]
Who: Monado (Monado)
No herbarium specimen

Notes: This is another example, in a new location, of the mushroom I looked up years ago and knew as A. rodmani. Then I used references to learn the characteristics. I did not pick it to look at the gills or smell it as I would like them to propagate.

[admin – Sat Aug 14 02:06:53 +0000 2010]: Changed location name from ‘Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Chester Avenue’ to ‘Chester Ave., Toronto, Ontario, Canada’
