Notes: This was growing in an area where there where about 10 A. Amererubescens where growing. out of the 10 half where affected by this hairy fungi that appears to be attacking them. The Closet i can com up with is the genus Syzygites which is mentioned and reference in Micheal Kuo Mushroomexpert.com,
