Notes: The cap is mostly brown but has distinctive olive coloration and patches of pink. The stalk is bright yellow near the apex with bright red, vein-like reticulation near the top that blends into the purple-red lower portion of the stalk. The outside of the stalk bruises a cool olive-blue color. The pore surface is red on mature mushrooms and it bruises dark blue. The pileus tastes mildly sweet and when ripped, smells of over-ripe fruit.
Spore print is olive-brown.
These were found on a steep slope in sandy soil under Oak and Birch.
