Notes: Jan 8th 2010 Well where I live at the moment resembles the arctic tundra it is -13 Fahrenheit and i have all these unidentified Images to post on MO and Few images that i can I D. I have been maintaining this sight in an order of how found so there is some since of occurrences of various species throughout the the year. but at he moment we are up to are elbows in snow and im unfortunate that i have no plane ticket to California. July 7th 2009. Caps 6 to 4 cm in with with lots of find warts or scales. that easily fall off. Stalk 14 cm scaly, that forms rings all the way to the basal bottom. Base bulbous swollen and scaly. The flesh slightly stains pink where injured. Gills free ,moderately broad, crowded. cream white with a pinkish tinge. taste no taste smell slight chlorine like, Growing in a pair in mixed woods of Hemlock, pine. Oak. Hickory. and Laural all within 100 feet.
