Notes: Locality: 30°35’44.44"N, 30°35’44.44"N, el. 1670 m, Skyline Drive overlook, Davis Mountains SP

Substrate and habitat: Growing on a rocky outcrop at the top of a hill in an open grassland with scattered juniper.

Identification: This is “yellowish Acarospora,” which means it could be Acarospora or Pleopsidium. Since there is no evident margin of lobes along the thallus border on these crack following lichens, these photos are filed under Acarospora.
