Summary: Not the best edible

But young ones, sliced thin and deep fried make a decent “mushroom chip”. I generally don’t like pickled foods but with its cucmber odor. this might be a candidate for pickling.

Summary: Edibility and method of preparation ?

Has anyone ever eaten this type of Polypore?
If yes, how did you prepare it?

Also known as Dryad’s Saddle. Some consider it edible when young but at the bottom of the gourmet mushroom eaters scale.
