Summary: a suggestion for the future…

A key part of the farinosa gestalt is the ring of powder that encircles the base of the stem…on the top of the small bulb.

Your gill shot is very nice because the viewer can see that all the short gills end abruptly…that is, they are squarely cut off on the end toward the stem. It’s a visual definition of “truncate lamellulae” (squarely cut-off short gills).
