I would say it is in range of Pipi but not in the valley. Things seem to be on track for the foray but picking was thin when I found these. Other mushrooms included gyromitra esculenta, two different amanitas, and lots of Sarcospaera coronaria. Overall, the area is getting a slow start with all the morels I collected being very fresh.

Hey Nate – nice to see this guys, I guess things are getting going there? Where in El Dorado Co. was this? If it was in the range of Pipi Valley, there is a location defined for that already.
Are things on schedule for the Pipi foray do you think?
