Notes: Growing in disturbed ground in Zone 45 North, in a place where it’s previously been sighted. Cups small so far, but scattered over a wide area and numerous in some smaller patches, as last year. If last year repeats itself, the cups will get more numerous and the older ones will get larger, and small brown Peziza cups will join them.

Trees nearby: aspen, birch, maple, fir, pine.
