Summary: Polyporales

Yes. At least. Larciformes officinale is also found within 40 miles of here, but is usually on the east side of the Cascades, while this is part of the Columbia River Gorge. Polyporales seems more accurate and precise than just fungi, so I am removing my identification of fungus.
