Observation 100186: Marasmiellus Murrill

Notes: Spores were smooth, hyaline, approximatley 9×4 microns, long and lacrymoid (sort of an elongated droplet). Found on fallen and well-decayed hardwood branch. Cap diameter 0.5 – 1.0 cm. Marasmiellus? Hemimycena? Mycena?

Recognized by sight: Marasmiellus candida looks close, but with a stipe that darkens downward.
