probably it is. I don’t known yet how to separate the species of Sticta.

I’m not sure what true S. fuliginosa looks like, but this matches material I’ve had determined professionally as S. sylvatica — ragged/dissected margins, clustered isidia, somewhat ridged lobe surface.
