HABITAT hardwood grove amid bog; SUBSTRATE Rhododendron bark near ground; ASPECT partly sunny; NOTES tiny flat species with narrow rounded lobes, maculate tips, coarse soredia forming very early on pruinose subterminal pustulate swellings, well-branched rhizines underneath only protruding in a few places, medulla C+r/p in the anziaic pattern (strong almost red at edge of drop but almost immediately pink or nothing in center).
