HABITAT open Rhododendron heath mixed with grassy areas; SUBSTRATE Rhododendron trunk; ASPECT sunny; NOTES thin weakly verruculose whitish crust, K+y (K+y-r on apothecial rims), C-, KC-, UV-, thin even smooth pale rim not raised at all, pale pinkish to greenish disk faintly pruinose, epihymenium brownish and strongly POL+ clearing in K, amphithecium with weak cortex and discontinuous algal layer POL+ all over but no big crystals; SPORES hyaline, simple, ellipsoid, smooth, ~12 × 6 µm
