The more I look at it, the more it looks like Armillariella mellea (Honey mushroom). Would still have to look at gills, annulus, etc. to be sure.
Especially need pics of stem (stipe) and annulus (ring) if present. Helpful would be something for size: a coin, a pen, a ruler. Specimen looks kind of similar to a Cystoderma, but stem scales are not coarse enough, and annulus cannot be seen at all. Of course, it could be something completely different, too.
