It looks like it has no cortex underneath, implying Heterodermia, but it’s unlike any species of Heterodermia I’ve ever seen or seen pictures of. Maybe there are additional genera in your area, or maybe you have Physcia there without cortex below? I would expect KOH+ yellow on the upper cortex. If you get anything other than KOH+ yellow underneath, then you probably have something other than Physcia.
