Yours and my findings are almost the same.yesterday I saw your Mycena praedecurrens and noticed that is the same as mine, which I found a day or two ago.
If I dot feel certain about an R. compacta ID, the fishy odor usually convinces me.

than I recall seeing on R. compacta. Did it have the fishy odor? Bruising of gills looks right.
