Notes: HABITAT hardwood forest on top of small hill in bottom of steep valley; SUBSTRATE thin mineral soil in cracks of siliceous outcrop; ASPECT sunny; NOTES tiny scattered to contiguous round convex pale tan heavily pruinose hydrophllic squamules, cortex but not medulla C+/- pink very weak but mostly distinctly KC+r, larger squamules pitted and pruinose only around apothecia, apothecia aspicilioid few per squamule.
