Notes: small mushroom, solitary, in lawn under walnut?
ST: white, long-clavate, no ring, around 70 × 4-6 mm
CAP: ellip, white with brown disc and minute scales, veil remnants on margin, broad umbo, finely striate near margin, about 20-30 mm
VEIL: partial
GILL: totally free, white
SPORE: clear, smooth, elliptical, apiculate, nonamyloid
