I just did a quick internet search…

and found a report on the creation of genus Mycetinis. I assume that Mycetinis scorodonius was previously called Marasmius scorodonius. The type seen in this obs were growing by the hundreds in multiple patches under spruce. The cap color was mostly white/whitish with just a little tan/yellow on the disc. I had thought scorodonius was a mainly brownish species.

I did not crush/smell any of these.
